These handmade cloud trays measure approximately 22cm x 15cm and are ideal for keeping your keys in, or for jewellery, or anything else that’s small that you want to keep safe.
This tray has a clear edge into which I’ve embedded tiny iridescent pastel-coloured stars. These stars are also embedded into the completely smooth clear top layer of resin. The next layer is wrinkled; I applied some scrunched-up clingfilm to the back of the top layer while it was still sticky, then peeled off the cling film when the top layer of resin had dried. I brushed the wrinkled layer with green and blue mica powders which make the surface really shimmer, and finally finished off with a layer of solid black resin, to make the colours pop.
