Description
This handmade resin bowl is made by pouring resin into a large coaster mould and bending the not-quite-set coaster over a bowl to finish its cure. The thickness of the pour made it quite difficult to manipulate, so please note that the base is a little off-centre (i.e. one side is slightly higher than the other). I don’t think this has a necessarily negative impact on the item, but it is worth noting.
The bowl has a diameter of 16.5cm and a height of approximately 4cm. I’d say the thickness is around 1cm.
This is a multicoloured marble pour, with shades of pink, teal, purple and blue swirling around in clear resin. It’s a completely one-off design that I’ll probably never be able to recreate!
